Brent initially gained building conservation and restoration skills through ‘on the job training’, before setting up his own business in 2004. He was keen to gain formal qualifications and a QEST Scholarship allowed him to take a one-year City & Guilds Diploma in Advanced Stonemasonry at the Building Crafts College.
Brent now lives and works in Australia.
