Cheryl Branford-Peers is an award winning textiles / knitwear designer based in Kingston upon Thames. She has sold work to designers such as, Donna Karan, Nicole Farhi and Givenchy. Cheryl used her QEST scholarship to undertake further study at the Royal College of Art on the Post Experience Programme and exhibit her work at the RCA end of year show.
Since the scholarship Cheryl has worked freelance for Givenchy on haute couture fabric development and set up a knit studio. The QEST organisation continues to support Cheryl as a scholar in a current collaboration with Johnstons of Elgin and Cheryl’s future plans include diversifying from sampling to develop her own products.
