Eloise is a qualified saddler with the society of master saddlers and recently completed a four year millennium apprenticeship. She has gone on to start her own leather design company making bespoke leather goods for both private customers and businesses. With Funding from QEST, Eloise will be able to improve her leatherworking skills in both advanced bridle-work and leather accessories such as traditional cartridge bags.
Eloise has spent recent months building her new website and designing her product range. She has completed a two day course with fellow QEST Scholar Katherine Pogson at designer courses learning to make small leather accessories and improve her pattern making skills. Later in the year she will attend two courses at the saddlery training centre with Mark Romain.
