Jamie is a painter, currently based in Wiltshire. He studied in both Italy and the UK and received the QEST scholarship in order to assist his studies at the London Atelier of Representational Art. This training specialises in drawing and painting in the sight-size tradition.
Since his scholarship Jamie has been taking portrait commissions including a portrait of the Chaplain General Jonathan Woodhouse. In the coming year he intends to further his figurative and landscape painting and will travel to South Africa in order to paint the Emeritus Professor of Archaeology, David Lewis-Williams.
