Finn is coordinating QEST’s National Lottery Heritage Fund programme, Tradition in Transition: Youth Journeys Through Heritage Craft, which aims to expand inclusive access to heritage craft skills, training, and career opportunities. He enjoys supporting artists and makers to showcase craft skills, champion excellence and strengthen the future of UK craft.

Finn also works for Heritage Crafts as Red List of Endangered Crafts Research Officer and has co-curated exhibitions, produced films, and designed resources celebrating traditional skills and raising awareness of crafts at risk of disappearing. He is fascinated by the stories, materials and processes that shape our sense of place and identity. Outside of work he enjoys experimenting with printmaking, bookbinding and other techniques.
