2012 QEST Scholar - Textile Design

Carey is a skilled textile designer specialising in both traditional silk-screen and digital print. Her work has a strong aesthetic, combining colour, shape and pattern to produce innovative textile designs. A QEST Scholarship helped fund her MA in textiles for fashion at Central Saint Martins.

Since graduating in 2014 has worked as a design assistant at Eley Kishimoto, collaborated with Jasper Conran to design prints for their AW14 fashion collection and undertaken a commission from Holland & Holland to design a limited edition printed silk scarf collection.

She is a Lecturer on the BA Textiles at Arts course at University Bournemouth.
