Daniel is a craftsman in the true meaning of the word. Although a cabinet maker by trade he likes to combine his woodwork with techniques and materials of other trades, and his engravings are a beautiful example of his wide variety of skills.
His QEST Scholarship enabled him to learn in the workshops of master gun engraver R. Baptiste in Liege Belgium, but also gave him the opportunity to meet and get in contact with may other highly skilled and like minded artisans.
