Robert completed a competitive Foundation Programme at the Goldsmiths Centre, before starting an apprenticeship with Garrard, where he initially learnt about diamond setting, advanced laser work and CAD Design.
With support from a QEST Apprenticeship, historic jeweller Garrard are giving Robert the advanced training including external (as well as comprehensive in-house) training, allowing him to learn many skills and gain a greater understanding and experience of the craft and production of jewellery.
