Tomiwa is a Nigerian-born British designer who graduated in 2013 with an FDA in Cordwainers Footwear Design from the London College of Fashion. His QEST Leathersellers’ Company Scholarship allowed him to conclude his MA in Fashion Menswear Footwear at the Royal College of Art. His final project focused on elements of traditional menswear footwear design and engineering as well as original inspiration from the idea of workwear and the documentary works of photographer Irving Penn.

Tomiwa has carried out work placements at Nicholas Kirkwood and Moschino, as well as being a finalist in design lead projects with Adidas, Brioni and International Flavors and Fragrances. He is currently working as a designer for Reebok.
