Basketmaking Skills Week with Eddie Glew

This course is designed to sharpen up your basketmaking skills. It will revolve around a square cornered basket & either a fishing creel, a fitched basket or a basket of your choosing.

You create 2 baskets to make during the week which incorporate key techniques you need in your basket making tool box. Techniques covered – scalloming, corner posts, partitions, bases, fastenings, hinges, lids, handles, made to measure work, hoops, walling variations, fitching and square corner borders.
