Napkin Folding Workshop with Kate Colin

Impress your friends and family this Christmas with your amazing napkin folding skills!

The online workshop with QEST Scholar Kate Colin will be a fun and contemporary introduction to the fascinating and ancient art of napkin folding.

The class will start with a brief presentation about the history and origins of napkin folding before moving on to create several impressive folded pieces. As a group we start with various classic ‘flat folds’ and gradually move on to more advanced models such as the ‘Artichoke’.

I will send you a kit containing ten high quality ‘linen feel’ paper napkins as well as a set of notes and instructions to refer to after the class.

By the end of the class you will have folded least six napkins into different designs and you will be equipped with with the skills and knowledge to experiment and create your own variations at home.
