Painted Treasure Box Workshop with Melissa White

Inspired by Elizabethan wall paintings and the work of the Bloomsbury Group, Melissa will teach decorative painting techniques as well the secrets of aging and distressing your piece to create a beautiful future heirloom. We will be completely immersed in Melissa’s work as the wallpaper in our ‘classroom’ at The Bell was exclusively designed by Melissa. She also designs for the likes of Kit Kemp, Lewis & Wood and Zoffany and we feel very lucky to have her teaching at Curious House.

Melissa will show us how to create a piece that at once has feel of the ‘patination of time’ about it.

No previous experience required.

Course fee includes materials, a light lunch and refreshments.
