Tomiwa Adeosun is a Nigerian-born British designer who in 2013 graduated with an FdA in Cordwainers Footwear Design at the London College of Fashion.

The QEST scholarship has allowed Tomiwa to conclude his MA in Fashion Menswear Footwear at the Royal College of Art. His final project focused on elements of traditional menswear footwear design and engineering as well as original inspiration from the idea of workwear and the documentary works of photographer Irving Penn. Through his work, he seeks to project the excellence of traditional craft and heritage whilst also creating something that speaks to the new.

Tomiwa has concluded work placements at Nicholas Kirkwood and Moschino, as well as being a finalist in design lead projects with Adidas, Brioni and International Flavors and Fragrances.

Tomiwa is currently continuing to develop his practice with independent projects. His long-term ambition is to establish his own men’s lifestyle brand.
