Since 2018, Deborah has been the CEO of QEST, and immediately prior to that the Development Director of the Royal Warrant Holders Association (QEST is a charity of the Royal Warrant Holders Association). Deborah is responsible for delivering the strategic aims and vision of QEST as the leading charity in its sector, ensuring that its reputation and all its activities are of the highest standard.

Deborah has been involved in some major, high profile projects with the Royal Household – from the Golden Jubilee to the Diamond Jubilee. She was awarded a LVO (Lieutenant of the Royal Victorian Order) by HM The Queen in 2002.
