Adam joined Claridge’s hotel as an apprentice chef in 2001, and QEST supported further training in 2004. Since then, he has steadily progressed to his current role of Head Chef.

Through his career, Adam has accumulated numerous awards and accolades. In 2003 he represented the UK in the WorldSkills competition in Switzerland where he gained a medallion of excellence. He was subsequently invited to Melbourne as part of the bid team for the London WorldSkills, and in 2012 he was awarded an MBE for his outstanding contribution to his skills and the overall event.
