Daniel is an artist and designer maker. Having grown up in rural Oxfordshire, he is drawn to nature and particularly wood. Daniel trained at Rycotewood in cabinet making, before receiving a QEST Scholarship to complete an MA in design products at the Royal College of Art. More recently he has completed an MFA at the Ruskin School of Art, Oxford University. He currently spends his time between his Oxfordshire studio and China where he works with select galleries and individuals.

I really love working with natural materials, it’s truly transformative.
