Katie Rose Whiting

Katie Rose was awarded her QEST Scholarship to study the Cordwainer’s Course at London College of Fashion. Experimenting with fabrics and leathers led to her making bags to carry her shoe making equipment in. On a trip to India she then made her entire luggage set out of an old carpet and this turned into her debut collection of bags.  She later expanded to work in jewellery and is currently Global Team Lead Jewelry Acquisition for 1stdibs.com
