We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Grants Coordinator to join the QEST team and help deliver our grant programmes, supporting applicants, grant recipients, QEST Alumni and Skills Assessors throughout the application, assessment and grant administration process.
Working closely with the Grants Manager and wider team, you’ll play a key role in coordinating QEST’s Scholarship, Emerging Maker and Apprenticeship programmes. From managing applications and organising assessments to supporting successful applicants and monitoring ongoing grants, you’ll help ensure our programmes run smoothly and that applicants receive a high standard of support.
You’ll also maintain accurate records and data, coordinate communications, support impact reporting and help improve our systems and processes. The role involves working with applicants and alumni, Skills Assessors, training providers and other external contacts, making excellent communication and attention to detail essential.
We’re looking for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills, who can manage multiple deadlines, communicate confidently and professionally, and work accurately with databases and digital systems. Experience in grant administration, CRM systems, charities, education or the creative and craft sectors would be an advantage, as would an interest in craft and QEST’s charitable objectives.
