Bia Melo Finalist in Golden Pinwheel Young Illustrators Competition

Congratulations to QEST Scholar Bia Melo who has been selected as a finalist in the 2021 Golden Pinwheel Young Illustrators Competition. The international competition attracted 2,426 entries from across 21 countries and territories, from which 50 finalists were selected by a panel of international experts, illustrators and literary agents.
The 50 finalists’ artworks will be exhibited at the Golden Pinwheel Exhibition held at the China Shanghai International Children’s Book Fair from 19 to 21 November, where the winner will be announced. In addition, their works will feature in the 2021 Golden Pinwheel Yearbook to be published in November and distributed among all the Fair’s exhibitors and partners.
