Giffords Circus Cookbook Published with Cover Design by Amy Goodwin

Today sees the publication of the new Giffords Circus Cookbook, with a gorgeous cover designed by QEST Scholar and traditional signwriter Amy Goodwin. Amy answered an advert for a signwriter six years ago and has been working for Giffords Circus ever since. As well as signwriting, lining and set design, most recently she was commissioned to design and hand-paint a sign for the cover of this new book. Co-written by Nell Gifford and head chef, Ols Halas, it contains over 100 mouthwatering recipes inspired by Circus Sauce, Giffords Circus’ travelling restaurant and is published by Quadrille Books.
