Sarah is a designer and maker, who spent 4 years working across Scotland with icecream architecture, a socially engaged design agency who look to apply craft and design in order to improve public spaces, be that physically, socially or digitally. 

Sarah has a passion for design history; which is reflected in how she makes her work, what it looks like and what it talks about. She believes that good design and craft reflects and appreciates its context, and uses this context to make joyful, celebratory objects. With a fascination for repetition, colour, and the adaptable nature of pattern, Sarah aims create work which generates a sense of place and supports our identity. She took part in the 2020 Building Arts Programme, run in collaboration with The Prince’s Foundation.
