QEST Northern Ireland Showcase Exhibition Opening this February

QEST is heading to Belfast!
We’re proud to announce that we’re partnering with Craft Northern Ireland to launch a new exhibition this February, exclusively featuring the work of QEST’s Scholars from Northern Ireland and Ireland.
The QEST Northern Ireland Showcase Exhibition is the first of its kind in Northern Ireland, opening on February 1, 2024 at Craft NI Gallery – Belfast’s only dedicated craft venue.
The showcase is a celebration of the work of our network of QEST Scholars from the island of Ireland, including saddlers, silversmiths, glass artists and guitar makers.
Among the group is newly announced 2023 QEST Mark & Tara Boddington Emerging Maker Caitlin Murphy who will be exhibiting her silversmithing work.
The exhibition will run until March 22, 2024.
The following QEST Scholars will be exhibiting:

- Bob Johnston – basket making and willow sculpture

- Lucy Cushley – saddlery
- Mario Sierra – handloom weaving
